Through its IBT Group subsidiary, the Spanish construction firm Eurofinsa has delivered the first phase of the new Anita Moreno Hospital located in Panama’s southern Azuero Region.

Medical students from the University of Barcelona will be doing part of their academic training on the emergency and intensive care units at the Ney Arias Lora Traumatology hospital in the Dominican Republic. The University of Barcelona Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies and Director of Intensive Medicine, José María Nicolás, finds this hospital to be an ideal location in terms of research and care-providing quality in order for the students to further expand their knowledge.

Dominican Republic President Danilo Medina visited the Nuestra Señora de Altagracia General and Specialized Hospital Center. Having toured the different sections of the hospital accompanied by the Hospital Administrator, Félix Hernández, and conversing with some patients, the President was quite positively impressed by the way in which the hospital is running and the features of its facilities.

December 29th, 2016 – Provincia Los Santos, Panama – The first phase of the Anita Moreno Regional Hospital in the province of Los Santos will be delivered on January 27, 2017, Health Minister Miguel Mayo informed during a tour of the Hospital work under construction by the IBT Health consortium.
