Eurofinsa has completed the renovation of the Nuestra Señora del Rosario hospital in Madrid, belonging to Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of St. Anne. The project includes the hospital redesign of the second floor and the refurbishment of various common areas.
Phase I of the renovation plan for the hospital, which has 178 beds, 10 operating theatres, an ICU and a Neonatal ICU, among other services, covers approximately 1450 m2 spread across various floors on which various rooms have been remodelled and adapted to meet the newest medical demands and quality standards, as well as nursing monitoring areas, corridors and entrance halls.
In this project we also renovated the plumbing, electricity, sewage, and air conditioning facilities, as well as medical gas, nurse-call and other special systems. The hospital remained open during the execution of the project.
